the person behind the terminal
At Deel, I work on equipment management, from employee offboarding to migrating organisations onto new flows. Before that, I built features for IPL, Olympics, and election coverage at JioHotstar and JioCinema.
I've owned features from development through launch, traced problems through production logs, and worked across teams to get changes shipped. Some of that work is visible on screen. Some involves retiring services or making a migration uneventful.
Outside work, I teach frontend and system design, host The Positive Shift podcast, and watch a lot of films.
Reduced peak sticker-image requests from 1.7 million to 21,000 per second by changing how images loaded.

I teach frontend engineering and system design through Team Shiksha, where I also help run the community. The sessions cover the questions engineers encounter while learning, interviewing, and building software.
Frontend Deep Dive
How browsers work, what React does under the hood, and how to investigate performance problems. We cover the fundamentals alongside the details that tend to cause trouble in production.

We work through problems such as live scoreboards and notification systems, discussing the trade-offs behind each design.
